Free Simple Image Resizer Utility

This is a free image resizing utility. It handles many popular image formats, and is quick and easy to use. There is no complicated options, just select the file and the option to make it either smaller or larger by a multiple of it's current size. This is a free image program for the .NET platform done in VB.NET, complete with source.
